Onboarding moved into the browser, one question per page, with a settings tab behind it.

The wizard
torta start began serving the terminal interview’s questions in your
browser, one to a page, with a segmented progress bar and working back and
forward. The page becomes the board of the workspace it creates, on the same
address.
The Claude Code gate
Claude Code is now required before anything is asked. The probe tells not installed from signed out from a machine that cannot say, and prints the exact fix for each. It is re-run when the workspace is written.
One build question, and a settings tab
“What are you building” became a single multiselect, and picking iOS implies a landing page. A settings tab appeared behind it: one row per account this project needs, each with a tick or the exact step to fix it.
Interview fixes
The terminal interview no longer echoes blind, which was hiding typed answers on some terminals.
